Hello ghfsisterhood,
Thank you for using Jotform. I’ve checked your form and cloned it to test it; however, I wasn’t able to reproduce the problem on my end.
Below is the GIF:
You are having this problem because you aren't connecting PayPal to your form. After establishing the connection there is no problem.
Here is the helpful guide: How to Integrate Form to PayPal Checkout

I’ll have clicked connect and connected PayPal multiple times. It will say PayPal and Jotform are integrated. And then if I go back to edit the form, it will say “connect” again. Why won’t it keep the connection?

Hello, Hailey!
I've checked your form, and it doesn't look connected. When you connect PayPal with Jotform, it has to look like this:
Have you verified the PayPal email address?
Note that the Paypal integration requires a Premier or Business type Paypal account. If you have not upgraded your Paypal account yet, I'd suggest reaching to PayPal and asking them for the upgrade.
If you have a business account, you may try connecting the integration in a different browser or incognito mode.
If you do not have a business PayPal account, then you may check our PayPal standard integration.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!

It would say connected just like that and still not work. But…. I just did it again this morning and the payment option seems to be staying on the form now. 🤷🏼♀️ So yay! Hopefully that’s it! I do have a business account. I’ll let y’all know if it has issues again.
thank you!
