My form is http://form.jotform.co/jsform/40843625273859
I have used the "collapsed forms" dialogue along with conditions to get various options such as transfers to show or be hidden depending on the accommodation they choose. If people choose "today" or "snowdrift" as the accommodation , then the radio button "Airport Minibus transfer on demand required" should appear.
However the radio button doesn't appea on either of these options. Not sure what I am doing wrong or if there is an easier way to achieve it. Any help you could render would be much appreciated.
Also in the "Form collapse configuration", I am not sure what the status "open" and "closed refer to. I have selected "open" for both opening and closing the collapsed form section as I want all the items to disappear unless I specifiy otherwise in the conditions.

The conditions were not working correctly because there was a conflict among them. As you can see in the image below you have setup three rules in three separated conditions to show your radio button "Airport Minibus transfer on demand required" and that is causing the conflict.
The logic does not know which rule to obey, so it does not obey any at the end.
So, to fix that issue and to make it appear when user chooses "today" or "snowdrift" from Accomodation, you need to delete the rules highlighted in the image and you have to create a new condition. It have to be in this way:
Then the form will work as you wish, here is my cloned version: http://form.jotform.co/form/40856976988885
You can clone my form following this guide: How to clone an existing form from a URL
Regarding to the Form Collapses. The Status Close means that the content under that Collapse will be hidden, and the Status Open means that the content under such collapse will be shown. Please see this form to understand a bit more how it works: http://form.jotform.co/form/40857724194866
You can learn how to use form collapse with conditions to show/hide multiple fields here: How to Hide or Show Multiple Fields at Once Based On a Single Conditional Entry
I hope this helps. Please inform us if you need further assistance with this inquiry.
