are all jotforms completely visible and functional on mobile devices?

    we have a premium account w/you and one of our clients says he can only see a portion of the fields on his forms on his cell phone. should he be zooming out? or is their something we are doing wrong? if so, how do we fix this problem? please provdide specific instructions. thanx max

    Do let us know the phone model your user is accessing the form with. So that we can assist you better.

    I have tested your website using an Alcatel DL700 (480 x 800 pixels, 4.0 inches). It appears to display your webpage and form appropiately, without any need to zoom in or out.

    Once I have the capture example of how it looks on my phone, i'll post it here.
