Why is that when you add an extra form field on your form, you need to update the HTML in reply emails manually?

    The notification email will auto update fields you add on to it as long as you don't modify the table that was initially generated (the table with the initital fields).

    If you do extensively modify the notification email, the system will not be able to place new fields on to your email notification.

    If this is what is happening at this time. I would suggest to remove your current email notification and recreate it.
