    Hello,

    We apologize for any inconvenience. May we know what IOS version are the devices that you are using in accessing the approvals? I've tried to access the approvals on my IOS device which is running on version 15.1 and it is opening instantly after one tap.

    May we also know the form that you are experiencing this issue so that we can try to replicate the issue on our end?

    Hi there,

    I know we've completed some basic troubleshooting steps regarding the unresponsive app in the previous thread. I'd like to check if you've tried using a different device. Do you have an android device where you can test? By the way, on our end, it's working as intended. Our goal is to identify if this is account specific issue.

    Sorry we only operate on Macs and dont have an android devise to test it on.


    However we've tried it on 11 different apple devices and the same issue is happening on all devices with the same login and with different logins.

    Thank for providing information about your request.

    I have checked your account and tested to open the approval workflow and it's working fine. I tried these both in Safari browser and IPhone 12 with IOS 14.

    I tried clearing the form's cache. Can you please try it in your end as well?

    Hi Ive tried a lot of things and its still not working. Coming back in the new year we are finding another problem. The app is not letting anyone approve anything (link attached).

    It seems to be working of you are using a computer and a web browser, but not if you are using the app.

    Hello,

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    I've done some tests on my IOS device but I was able to approve the approvals without any issue.

    Since you mentioned that it's only working on the computer or using a web browser on your device but not the APP. Before we escalate this to our back-end development team. Can you please try to uninstall and reinstall the app on your device? This is just to make sure that your app is currently on the updated version and clear any cache on the app. After reinstalling test the approval workflow again.

    Let us know if the issue persists.

    I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app. Same thing is happening. Current version is 2.1.9
