Autorespond Emails

Hello,

I have the autoresponder email setup for form submissions but I'm wondering if it's possible to not send an email to submissions based on certain conditions?

Essentially anyone that 'Passes' the form I want to email saying we will follow up with them and for 'Fails' not to send any email at all.
