On the iPhone, the "Take Photo" widget open live video in my form instead of just the camera, which results in the user then having to close the video to get back to the form to take a photo.
Can you please have this fixed ASAP so that the "Take Photo" widget just take a photo and does not open the live video.
The form the issue is on is "ACCIDENT DETAILS"
Also is the a widget that allows the form user to pin a map to record the location of where they are when completing the form?
Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hi there,
We apologize for the confusion the 'Live' text the you see on the upper left corner of the camera field only means Jotform is currently utilizing the camera of the phone, it is not recording a video.
Tapping the Take Photo button will take the picture. Confirmation messages says "Your photo was successfully uploaded" once picture is taken.
Please test the form again and let us know if you need further assistance. Thanks!
Regards,

Hi Christian,
Thank you for you reply, I have tested the form again but I still have issues when you tap on the "Take Photo" and allow camera access the whole phone screen is open outside the form and you have to try and exit the camera to get back to the form.
See video attached https://vimeo.com/650122383
Greatly appreciated.

Hi,
I have tested your form, and I could not replicate the issue. Could you please share your phone model and OS version so we can check?
Could you also please try it on a different device and check if the issue persists?
We look forward to your response.

Hi there,
I tested your form, although I'm not using the same iPhone model, still, I'm not able to replicate the issue on my iPhone device.
Do you have another phone device that maybe you can try and see if it'll make any difference?
Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Lorenz,
I'm testing my Jot form within my clients Outlook email, when a form response is received the "Take Photo" widget displays an image icon (Not the image).
When I click on the image icon to download it I get the following redirect?
How can I make it so my client can see or down load the images sent in the form when received in thier outlook?
Greatly appreciated.

Hello there,
Could you please turn off these three options from your profile setting and tell us if the problem still persists? https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
