We no longer use jotform and require to cancel the subscription.

Upon your request, I've cancelled your subscription. You will not be billed again, but your account will stay Premium until April 29, 2014 for the time you have already paid.
Your forms are intact. Your forms will not be deleted and only your account is downgraded to free version. Your submission limit will go back to 100 per month and 100MB Storage.
