Greetings!
I would like to downgrade my plan from Bronze to Free after the expiry of my Bronze plan this year.
How can I get a confirmation that I will not be auto-billed?

Thank you for reaching support.
To downgrade the account back to free, Please go to your Account Settings > Billing > Downgrade:
If you wish we can cancel the subscription back to free. Let us know if you wish to proceed.

Hi Monica,
I see that you have already submitted your request to downgrade and that your account will no longer renew after the paid period. Please note that this is effective starting January 1, 2022.
