Form status check by unique id

How can I let my clients check their submitted form status by unique ID ?

3.No, clients don't have access to Submission table.

You can add a Unique ID widget on the form - https://www.jotform.com/help/79-how-to-add-custom-unique-ids-to-your-form-submissions/.

After submitting the form, the Unique ID will be shown on the email sent to the client on the autoresponder email.
