Hi team,
We are wondering whether the coupon code's expiration date is based on US time or local time. We set the expiration date as 26 Nov, from my understanding, it should expire 26/11 00:00 but we still received a transaction with coupon used.
Link:https://form.jotform.com/quiri/wintercamp2021
#1 Expiration Date: 26 Nov, 2021
#2 11/26/2021 10:29 am, coupon used: QURIOFRIDAY
#3 Timezone: Asia/Hong Kong
P.S. we extended the coupon promotion and changed the expiration date to 27 after the 10:29 am payment (that was done at HK time 26/11 3pm)

Hello,
I hope you're doing well and thanks for reaching out.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.
This is unusual. This makes me think that the coupon expiration follows the date set in the Jotform Inbox instead of the account's timezone. By default, Jotform Inbox follows US timezone but you can easily change it. Please refer to the screenshot below:
We'll be waiting for your response.
