Submit button not showing in the web page where my form is embedded

Asked by Orangenjsda on March 28, 2014 at 11:00 AM

    Hello,

The submit button does not appear and the text area field for a message is being cut off. I have tried embedding via all the options given and have had no success. I am using Chrome and the issue also appears in Safari.

    Hi,

To resolve this issue please use the iframe code of your form to embed it to your webpage and make sure to increase its width to 450px. I got the iframe code for you and changed the width to 450px already, so here it is, all you need to do is to embed it to your website and remove the current code:

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//www.myjotform.com/form/40854703989569" frameborder="0" style="width:450px; height:843px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    <script type="text/javascript">window.handleIFrameMessage = function(e) {var args = e.data.split(":");var iframe = document.getElementById("JotFormIFrame");if (!iframe)return;switch (args[0]) {case "scrollIntoView":iframe.scrollIntoView();break;case "setHeight":iframe.style.height = args[1] + "px";break;}};if (window.addEventListener) {window.addEventListener("message", handleIFrameMessage, false);} else if (window.attachEvent) {window.attachEvent("onmessage", handleIFrameMessage);}</script>

Please embed it and let us know if the issue still persists.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks so much for your assistance. I am still having issues even with the code you provided.

Please delete the script portion and just leave this part:

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//www.myjotform.com/form/40854703989569" frameborder="0" style="width:450px; height:843px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

You increase the width to 480px or until you get the desired effect

This is really weird. I have never had such issues with jotform before. I used just the iframe and I increased the width, and not it is super tiny. About 170px in width and height.  I enabled scroll and I can see everything but it's so small. Any more ideas? Thank you.

    Hello,

Use the following Iframe code exactly as it is:

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//www.myjotform.com/form/40854703989569" frameborder="0" style="width: 100%; height: 825px!important; border: none;" scrolling="yes"></iframe>

Then, log in to your Jotform account and reduce the form width to 600px as shown below:

Let us know if this helps.

    Thanks so much everyone!

I copied your code above Titus, but it still wasn't working quite right, but it gave me a scroll wheel so I could scroll horizontally to see the submit button. So I tried your suggestion of marking the width !important and that seemed to fix the issue. Thanks again. Really appreciate all the support. It must be my theme.

    Here is the final code:

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//www.myjotform.com/form/40854703989569" frameborder="0" style="width: 100%!important; height: 825px!important; border: none;" scrolling="yes"></iframe>
