    Hello!

There are two ways to do it - you can either clone your form outright, which will create an exact duplicate with all conditions, fields, etc. which you can then customize:

Or, you can use the Field Manager app to copy over the fields from one form to another. Unfortunately, conditions and settings cannot be copied that way:

    Thank you!

    Hi there,

You can use the Field Manager widget for this.

    Use this integration to:

    • Manage multiple form fields at a time
    • Duplicate, require, hide, or delete fields
    • Clone fields to another form

Simply select a form from your Jotform account and choose which actions you’d like to take with your form fields. With this advanced tool, you’ll no longer have to switch back and forth between multiple forms to manage form fields!

If you have further questions, please do let me know.

    Thank you!

as I understood from you the conditions that I made at specific form I can't copy it to another form unless I copy the whole form. so coping a specific item from a form with all of its conditions to another form is impossible.

Yes, copying a field to another form with conditions is not possible.

You would have to clone the whole form to copy conditions.
