Submission button stuck on "Please wait..."

We are having people try to apply on the website with no luck. So far everyone that has tried has gotten the same issue, the submission just gets stuck after hitting the submit button. I tried following a few responses by cloning the form and testing it (still had the same issue) and enabling encryption then disabling it with no luck either.

Is there an other fix to this issue?

Please attempt going to your themes and selecting the option "Remove theme".

Please test your form after that, you may lose your form styling.
