    What to do when I am locked out of WordPress admin area?

    Do you mean to say that when you embedded the form, you were logged out of your WordPress account?

    I did check your account and found that but you have not added any form yet. With which form you are having this issue with?

    If you are logged out from your WordPress account, please rest your account password and then login to your WordPress account.
