    Can you fix an email problem?

    We have many forms and they all link to my e-mail.  When someone signs up for an event, I get an e-mail with their info.  That part works fine.  However, some of the forms I want to add a second recipient so that two of us get notified when someone signs up.  I have added the second e-mail, but the person does not receive anything.  This might be easier to explain over the phone.  My number is 513-482-5122.


    I want this form to be sent to cava@cincycava.org and certification@cincycava.org.

    Hello Sara,

    The email - certification@cincycava.org was deemed incorrect by the recipient server, and was placed in the bounce list:

    certification@cincycava.org is IN the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'5.1.0 <0000014173fac568-c715aac9-01c6-44=
    51-bfcb-5db1738f4905-000000@amazonses.com> sender rejected. IB504 - 199.127=

    The technical information above means that you check the email to make sure there are no typos - or it could just have been a technical glitch between email servers -

    In any case - I have removed the email from the bounce list - and you should be able to recieve the notifications now...

    Please confirm.
