We are trying to set up the address to properly display (see example below), but are getting a jumble when the address is entered.
What we'd like to see:
11111 Your Street, Los Angeles, CA 55555
What we're seeing - (see screenshot)
Feel free to test and view under Pick-Up Address.

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out.
It seems to me that it is displaying the information properly.
What kind of formatted output were you expecting?
Best regards

Umm... no, it's not... AT ALL! When the information is submitted it shows up like what you see below the form fields. Please re-read what I sent.

Hi there,
Please make sure to wrap the unique name with curly braces when you paste it into your Paragraph element.
Here's how to get the Autocomplete Address Widget unique name:
- Click the Autocomplete Address field in your form
- Click its wand icon to open its Properties then go to the Advanced tab
- Copy the Unique Name under the Field Details
Kindly give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Yes, I did that. You can see it below the form as:
Street name: Hollywood Boulevard Street number: 11111 City: Los Angeles State: CA Postal code: 90069 Country: United States
This formatting is UGLY and can easily be misread.
I need it as:
11111 Hollywood Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90069
Please advise.

Hi again,
We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
The reflected address in the paragraph field appears to follow the order in which the fields are arranged within the Autocompleted Address widget settings. I can't seem to find way to customize/change the order shown in the calcpickupAddress field.
I'm escalating this to our developers. I am unable to provide a timeframe as to the resolution but you will get a response through this thread as soon as an update is available.
Regards
