My form "Coach/Handler pre registration"

    is set up to take paypal just like the Meet registration form. But, I have noticed that I am not receiving any funds. On your end can you determine if payments are being accepted?

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. If I'm understanding it correctly, you have been receiving submissions on your Coach/Handler Sign-up Form, which I see is integrated with PayPal, but the payments are not showing on your PayPal account, is that correct?

    Upon checking the PayPal payment field on your form is not set as required. This means that your respondents can submit your form without filling out your form or processing any payments.

    But, if the submission on your form, when you view it on the Jotform Tables, is not showing empty on the PayPal payment field column then, the payment field on your form was filled and payment was processed when your form was submitted. You should also be seeing a Transaction ID when you view your form submissions.

    Have you tried contacting PayPal about the issue you are having? Perhaps they can you the details as to why the payments are not showing on your PayPal account. You may also want to confirm if you have entered your correct PayPal email address in the integration settings of the PayPal payment field on your form
