Is there a way to insert data from another form eg Sub FORM or referencing another from or table

In data insertion which type of requirements I need as a user for first time I am new here and have no idea about it.

I'm not sure as to what you mean by which type of requirements for the user however there are no requirements to accomplish passing the data to another table.

The idea is to populate the data through email or autoresponder so this could be easily called or pass over to another table.
