Hi, not sure if it's something I'm doing completly wrong here but whenever a user completes the form they never get a confirmation email saying they have filled out the form and gives them details, I've tried this by filling out the form myself and I get nothing in return, I've also had users already complaining to me that they get nothing back in there emails as proof they have entered.
Any help would be MUCH appreciated.

Hi, I just submitted your form to test if I would get the confirmation email, and I received it quickly:
Have you checked your spam folder? Also, have you asked your users to check if it is there? (The two test submission will not count on your monthly submission counter)
