Need help with fonts

I want a solution to the problem of fonts when formatting and preparing the report of the form, which is sent to the user's email

As when preparing the report and choosing one of the fonts (the Arabic language in particular), it appears appropriately on the screen, but when downloading the pdf document, the font type changes to another inappropriate font.

What is the solution please?

Hi there,

I have cloned and tested your form, and every change I make on the fonts is previewed and downloaded without any issues. When you modify and edit the PDF Report in the PDF Editor, make sure that the "Apply changes to Answer" is marked, because in the PDF Report the answers from the actual form are reflected.
If your form is not modified with the same font that you like, you must make sure that the changes you make to the PDF Report are applied to the answer of the form.

We have cleared your form's caches, just in case that is causing any issues.
