my forms have gone blank

    Hello, I have just upgraded my account to premium and when I have gone to check the status of my forms, the whole page is blank.  I have submitted a form via my facebook page and this has not been received.  Can you please re-instate the database? Thanks.

    Hello jmhadams,

    Upon checking your account, I found the form "Job Application Form" to be working fine. It is just that your form does not appear in your facebook page and that is because you have embedded the non secure version of your form. Please check the screenshot below:

    Please be noted that facebook uses SSL and it is not possible to display non secure content in a secure page. You will have to SSL embed code to embed your form in facebook. The following guide should help you :  https://www.jotform.com/help/22-Adding-Form-to-Facebook
