    Hello,

I have a paypal premier account and I saw inside my paypal account that I could setup a BUY button on my website.

But ... I need to collect some more data from my customers like:

    1. Email

    2. URL

    3. Description

    4. File upload

Im selling advertising space on a unique website.

So, therefore I need my customers to include the things mentioned above
    (point 4 = banner).

Do you offer a solution for me to create a form like this with my paypal premier account?

    Kind Regards Tony

    Hello Tony,

"Buy Now" button is actually created by Paypal. But, yes it is possible to achieve your requirement. You can to create a form with JotForm with the fields you have mentioned above and integrate it with PayPal payment gateway. The following guide should help you create your form and integrate it with your PayPal account:

    Hope this helps.

    Hello Tony,

I can see that PayPal in your site works perfectly it redirects the user to paypal page after hitting Buy Now. If you want to include 4 fields that you mention above you need to build a form using our form builder and embed your form into your website. You can also follow the guidelines provided by my colleague in his previous post.
