    why incomplete payments

    Hello Animallife,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    Upon checking your form's submission records, I found that all "Incomplete Payments" you have are actually old one and all recent submission are completed. Most likely, user must have been redirected to PayPal page and then not completed the payment. If the user does not make the payment successfully, it will be logged as "Incomplete Payments"

    The most likely issue could be related to IPN not enabled in your PayPal account but in your case the recent transactions seems to be completed. 

    Please check and get back to us if you have received the payments for those incomplete transactions but in submission records they are listed as incomplete payments and we will take a look.
