Impossible to download picture with the link that I received on the email confirmation

Hello,
It is likely you have access to the link when you are not logged in, therefore received the error. This is because your account currently has the settings "Require log-in to view uploaded files" turn on. It will show an error when you try to download but not log in.
If you would like to disable this setting, you can uncheck the option from your Account Settings or by accessing this URL: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
