    Please log in to your Jotform account and click the Support request tab as shown:

    Please try this and let us know if you are still getting the error.

    Hi Tedy,

    Could you please make sure that you are logged in to your account? If the support requests are marked as private then you'll only be able to view them when you are logged in to your account.

    i have loged in with my account, this error appeared after i changed my username from hamdansan to Agrinesia.

    I tried logging in to your account and My support requests seem to work. I have cleared your form caches. Could you please clear your browser's cache as well?
