How can I display an embeded Sheet Based on a entered text on field?

I need to display information from a Google Spreadsheet (public link or actually any html website) embeded in the form, to any user that fills a text box with a code.

For example, if the user that is filling the form, enters "4589" an embeded website should be displayed in the form. If another user enters for example "7894" another specific website should be displayed.

That way I can assign a code to each user and show information specific to them, when they enter their code...

Hope this feature exists, or you can guide me in the process.

    Thank you,

Hi, I think you can accomplish that by hidding or showing fields based on a conditional entrie. Then you can add Text fields on your form where you can add the embedded code of the sheet to be displayed in the form:

So you add the necessary text fields where you wan to display the embedded sheet, and with conditional logics hide or show them based on code entered. Try it, and let us know if you need more help.
