I am working on a Thank you page. Is it possible to create different buttons options that will take my clients to different sites (i.e. "back to main website", and payment page)?

Yes that's possible. You can insert hyperlink buttons on the thank you message.

Example, you can use the following code.

<a href="https://www.jotform.com" target="_blank"><button>Click Here</button></a>
