I paid through Paypal for update and update still not active

    Hi,

     

    Please look after as i made payment through paypal for my 'eurobusways' account to update 9.95$ account. Payment sent, but still update available not active and not form on my website

    Hi Aron,

    I checked your account eurobusways and found that it was already upgraded to Premium-Monthly type of subscription.

    Can you please check again on your account. You can do this while logged in to your JotForm account and go to My Accounts page https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/
