first, I would like to say That I am very pleased with your product and am very impressed on how it works. It has taken my business to a new level.Im actually using the forms with my mobile app. You can view it at  One of my forms that I have is a check-in form where I have my clients input their name and phone number to check in weekly from their cell phones. What I would like to do is for the form to automatically keep the person number so, when the person click on check in button from their phone, the form detects the number and replies with a predefined message for that particular number.

Please tell me how to configure that? my email address is

Thank you for the kind words that you have for Jotform. We are very happy that our product has helped you advance your business.

With regards to your question, I am afraid but I don't think any of what you want to achieve is possible solely with Jotform.  First off, Jotform does not allow log in forms, and even if it did, there is no built-in method to check whether a person is the same one who "checked-in" in the past.

I think you would need custom programming work to be done to implement such a system. You can use your form's full source code and have it incorporated into a customized log in.

To get your form's full source codes:

    1.  Go to Setup & Embed tab
    2.  Click Embed Form
    3.  Click Source

    4.  Copy the codes provided in the succeeding screen

Hope this helps. Thank you and have a nice day!
