Two Stage Forms With Zoho CRM Integration

Hi,

We're looking for a form builder that integrates with Zoho CRM and that has a two stage function.

The first part of the form would request the users name + email, once the user clicks next it would request additional details.

Just wondering if this is possible with your solution? Also what happens if the user just fills out the first part of the form and not the second? Would we still be able to get what they have filled out to follow up?

Hi, yes you can integrate Zoho CRM to your form with JotForm, please take a look at this blog post "Build & Maintain Customer Relationships with Zoho CRM" You may add a lot of custom fields to your form to send it to Zoho CRM . Don’t forget to add custom fields to your Zoho CRM account first. 

On regards of the user filling out just the first part of your form, to follow up with the form, you can implement the Save Forms to Continue Later workaround. Hope this helps you, let us know if you have more questions.
