We are unable to download more than one form after the other. We are able to do one and then any after that just say preparing but never download. It's happening with all of our forms. Please respond

I am unsure what you meant by downloading a form, do you perhaps mean you're trying to download submissions or attachments? Please provide us with more details. Screenshot of the issue will be very helpful.

Also, can we have the URL of the form that you are referring to?

In inbox for updates to health and demographics. Click on the 3 dots and start download. It downloads one but then after that it will not allow any more to download unless we restart our computers.
