Can I add a choice for the person filling out form to add another field?

Asked by goodvj on March 29, 2014 at 04:41 PM

For example, siblings, I have a section siblings with ability to fill out 1 sibling, I would like a button they click to "Add Antother Sibling" instead of having a lot of areas for them to fill out sibling info already on form. Thanks!

    fill section thanks

Hi, you may use conditional logics to show more fields based on their choice. For this example you need to add a spiner field:

Also you may set a limit on the spiner depending on the amount of fields you will include on the form to add siblings. Click on the gear Icon, then on Show properties.

Now to set the conditions do the following:

    1) Click Setup&Embed, then on Conditions.

    3) Select  Show/Hide a form field and click next.

You could set the condition like this:

    .

Click save, add a new one, and so on, until you decide.

You may try my example form here. Hope this helps you, let us know if you have more questions.
