Monthly Limit

    I have been a paid customer for over 6 months now. I am using Premium account where the monthly submission limit is 1000. For some reason, it says I have only monthly 170 submission limit.

    Can you please look into this?

    It appears that your account was last billed for service on November 10th, 2013. I do see that a downgrade process was performed back in December 2013. Therefore you have not been billed since then. This may be verifable with your credit card statements.  

    I welcome you to perform the upgrade process so that your account may be upgraded back to Premium status.
