This is very problematic and could be a deal breaker.

    When the form title is

city (optional) it won't let me integrate.

When the form title is cities it does let me integrate this.

I need to fix this quickly and desperately, please help.

I take it you are referring to the Form: 13084453420.

The integration may be failing as CRMs tend to be very strict in the way they process data. The City field you have in your form is only a text field.

So what you can do instead is remove the City Text Field and add an Address field, and filter out all but the City field:

Please perform this step, then retry to integrate your form to Zoho.

Do let us know if you need further assistance. Thank you.

This makes my form look ridiculous.

Is there anyway to allow integration without doing this?

Otherwise I've been instructed to switch to another form software if the issue can not be fixed.

I am so frustrated right now.

How is it possible that if I title the form C ity it works out fine but City it doesn't work.

    Can this bug be rectified?

I figure it out.  I had to change the name to Ci ty, integrate it, and then after integrated change it back to city.

Seriously though this is a frustrating bug.

    Hello RafeConnects,

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

Do you mean to say that if you label your form field to city and then integrate your form with Zoho CRM, it does not work. Changing the label and then re-integrating with Zoho solves your issue.

This is actually a strange behavior. Is your form working as expected now? I did check your form's Zoho integration and found that the "City" field is not even mapped. Please check the screenshot below:

I would suggest you to please explain the steps to have taken starting from renaming of form fields. We would like to test it before we can report it to our back end team.

    Thank you!
