Geolocation button or widget

It there a ready made tool or widget so that a mobile user (filling in a form) can simple press a button and have their location entered into the form or a map on the form?

The closest widget is http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/address_map_locator.

This widget allows the user to set their location through a map. All they need to do first is type in the name of the city, the map then loads. Then they can use the tack to pin point their location.

I tested it on my android devices (Chrome) and it worked.
