Can we use Form Collapses under/inside of each other & have them form collapses like a Menu & form collapses as sub-menus under/inside of them? Or do I have to do all of those as conditional logic? Just need more of an open/close & seems my open & close blends too much with requried answers & would prefer form collapse if possible.

For now, the conditional logic should be your best option since we do not have a feature to have a sub-collapse under a main collapse field.
Let me submit a feature request to our developers. Unfortunately, we cannot set a timeframe and we can't tell if our developers would consider adding this in the future. However, if there are updates, you should be notified via this thread.
