I can't log into my account anymore

    My new problem, I can no longer log into my account.

    I have tried to renew my password, but nothing can be done. I also try in private browsing, delete my cookies and browsing history.

    Could you please help me

    For information, I already have a support request in progress regarding my wish to take advantage of the Black Friday offer to switch to the GOLD offer.

    Of course I can no longer consult it because I cannot connect to my account.

    At the same time, I would like to tell you that I have just received an email renewing my subscription to the bronze offer.

    Mon nouveau problème, je ne parviens plus à me connecter à mon compte.

    J’ai essayé de renouveler mon mot de passe, mais rien à faire. J'ai aussi essayer en navigation privée, supprimer mes cookie et historique de navigation.

    Pourriez-vous svp m’aider 

    Pour information, j’ai déjà une demande d’assistance en cours, qui concernant mon souhait de bénéficier de l’offre Black Friday pour passer à l’offre OR.

    Bien entendue je ne peux plus le consulter du fait que je ne parviens pas à me connecter à mon compte.

    Je souhaite par la même occasion, vous dire que je viens tout juste de recevoir un mail qui renouvèle mon abonnement vers l’offre bronze.
