Unable to approve from notification email - Workflow

    Hi,

    I only have one workflow in a form. I am still testing before going live.

    Approval: Autorisation - Travaux | Jotform Approvals

    When workflow is "true", I am unable to approve from the email the first approver receives. I always have to go to the inbox to approve by using the "Take over" functionnality to make it go to the second approver.

    Hi there - Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Are you referring to the below email? As your payment integration is live, I can't test submit your form.

    Here is the video where you can see that I cannot approve directly from the email, Jotform sends me to the inbox and the only way of approving is to use the "Take over" functionnality:

    Hey there,

    Correct me if I'm wrong, but from your video clip is seems as if the two email accounts are on the same device.

    Can you try the following and see if that works?

    Right-click on the green approve button and copy the link > Go to an Incognito browser> Go to the link

    Sign in with the approver's account and see if that does the trick

    Thanks. I was unable to have the new browser open in incognito mode since it is automatic so I tested on different computers and it works.
