Monday.com: Submission failed to attach

I am having a tough time getting my Jotform to integrate with Monday. I'm in the lending business and so our Jotform is a Submission Form for a loan. Before the new Jotform app, I was able to integrate the form into Monday where it would appear as an attachment. It allowed me to access all of the information from the Submission Form and quote the borrower:

I am now having a problem getting the form to attach to the New Item. I used Webhooks, Monday's integration and automation steps, and I also have the integration of the form into OneDrive. The New Item is created, but I'm not getting the form as an attachment:

Please help me and let me know what I need to do to get my integration back to the way it used to be.

You can try re-integrating your form to monday.com to troubleshoot. I also cleared your form cache as a precaution.

Thank you, Sonnyfer. Is it necessary to integrate it on Webhooks as well? Also, what is the benefit to Webhooks specifically?

If your Webhooks are working fine, it isn't necessary to re-integrate.

Ok, but that is what I don't know. I have Webhook, Monday, and OneDrive all trying to do the same thing and that is to attach to the board when a New Item is created.

Webhook is integrating the form, Monday is integrating the form, and OneDrive is integrating the form. Does that sound right? Could this be the cause of my problem or it doesn't matter?

Thanks for that information. Your assumption is correct, they might conflict with one another if your purpose using them is exactly the same.

I suggest removing the two and just choosing one to retain on your form for it to function properly.
