I would like to create a form, embed it into an email message, and have receipients submit the completed form, also vis email, like an email form. Is this possible with Jotform? If not, do you know of any 'form software' that would accomplish this? Thank you.

Looks like 'email' is option is gone by now from the options. How to proceed from step 3?
