Account access problem

    I am trying to get back onto my account it says it is suspended but not giving me more than that. I need help

    Your account was mistakenly suspended by our phishing filter.Since your form is fine, we have reactivated your account.

    This form is for clients. I will need to all for their CC information. Is that going to lock up my account again. I will have terms and conditions for the clients. These clients know this is coming as they request it.
    Please advise.

    Just a friendly reminder that collecting credit card details using regular text fields is not allowed here in JotForm. Please check our terms of use. If you need to collect payments from your users, please use one of our payment processors to prevent suspension.

    I also advise you to change your account's email to a corporate one to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector.

    I am collecting Data to set up external accounts not to charge anything. Is there a way to do that and keep the information following your terms and conditions?

    Our reviewers team checked your account when it was suspended but they did not find any violation in your Ingram Account information form which is why your account was reinstated.

    However, if you're planning to add more fields in your form, I suggest that you check our terms of use below to know what must be avoided to prevent suspension.
