My form is not showing up on my Wordpress site

I just created a simple form on JotForm and put the code into the "text" tab of my blog post in WordPress. The code is not showing up correctly. This is the code I'm using: <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotform.us/jsform/40884878486173"></script>.

I received this code from the form.

If neither of them help, please provide the URL of your site so that we can examine it to see what could be wrong.
