I made changes to cloned form but the email notification still has the school application message.

I used a pre-existing form from your website, changed it to make it what I wanted, and it all works fine until I fill it out. When I complete and submit the form, I receive the email notification that I filled it out, however, it is still the school application thank you message from the template I used to start with.

How do I clear that out?

    Hello alicetphotos,

I believe, you have already resolve your issue. I did check your form but did not find any issue. But, let me explain you how it works.

The notification email template of the form you must have cloned, must have been edited. When a notification email template is edited, and changes you make in your form will not be reflected in the email alert. You will have to manually make the changes in the email template as well.

To solve this problem you should actually delete your notification email alert and add a new one. When you add a new notification alert, all form fields will be part of your notification email.

Here is a guide to help you delete the notification:  http://www.jotform.com/help/132-How-to-Delete-Notifications-Autoresponder

And, this will help you create a new notification:  http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

    Hope that helps.
