I want to put a photo at the top of my ordering form. Maybe as a banner across the whole width of the page with my logo or company name. Should I resize the photo and what are good dimensions?
Resizing the image will help the form load it faster.
Try adjusting the photo to a proportional dimension of 690px for the width and 460px for the height:
Alternatively - just set the height to 0 on your form builder and set the width to 690px - which is the width of your form.
Setting the height to "0" adjusts the image proportionally so it does not appear stretched out:
