How can I remove the captcha requirement on our forms?

    We need to remove the captcha requirement from our forms because we use them for internal purposes and it is adding so much unnecessary time and resources to do the captcha requirements for every form.

    Hello, 

    You can try removing the reCaptcha element from your form in the Form Builder. To do this, you can just click on the reCaptcha element and click the trash icon to delete the field. 

    If the issue persists, you should kindly let us know and provide the URL to the form for us to investigate this issue further and find a way to help you remove the captcha verification.

    The Captcha isn't on any of our forms. As you can see in the screenshots, when we try and complete the form, it asks for the Captcha.     Hi,

    Your account has been white listed and the captcha should now be disabled.

    Please test a submission and let us know how it goes.

    Could you do exactly the same with our Silver account?

    I am in the same situation that the previous user commented and it is very annoying to have to complete this step before submitting each of our forms.
