Not receiving submission

    Hello, currently, I am not receiving all form submissions. Oddly I am only receiving certain submission. Please help me.

    We apologize for any inconvenience. May we know how are you not receiving submissions on your form? I have cloned your form and made some test submissions and all test submissions were posted successfully.

    Is your form embedded in a website? If yes, can you please provide us with the URL of the site?

    I've cleared your form cache. Can you make a test submission on your form and see if it will go through?
