Approval flow emails to submitter not sending

    When I choose MOVE TO FINAL DECISION in the first approval step, the email is sent to marketing@sheehancos.com as it's supposed to, but if I choose DENY instead OR after moving to the second approval step, choose DENY or APPROVED the emails (highlighted with red arrows in screenshot) are not sending the the "primary contact email" as they are supposed to. Can you please help me?

    This has been solved! I had chosen in the form settings to clear hidden fields' values upon submission. Once I removed settings, it's been working fine. Thank you.
