Sending submissions to a New Table

    I created a table not connected to any specific form and now I want multiple forms submissions to be sent to that table.

    For example: I have Form 1 and Form 2, but I want all their submissions on 1 table. How can I accomplish this?

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    Jotform Tables doesn't have a merging feature yet. However, it is possible to add new data to an existing table by importing the data as an excel file.

    If you want to upload new records to an existing table, I would suggest using the Import app, you can access it here: https://import.jotform.io/

    Using this, you can import data as an excel file into an existing table, and the uploaded data will be counted as real submissions. Please see the pictures below for reference:

    For example, these are the current submissions on a table.

    And this is the data we want to add to the table as an Excel file:

    With the Import app, the data will be added to the same table:
