How to recover submission which was accidently deleted?

I accidentally deleted a report submission. how do I get it back?

Do you mean to say that you have deleted a submission record and you want to restore it?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to restore a deleted submission. Once you delete a submission record, it is deleted permanently. Have you not integrated your form with google spreadsheet or any other available integrations? 

You should always integrate your form with google spreadsheet or other available integrations which will always keep a copy of all your submission records. For now, I would suggest you to get your submission data from the submission email you must have received when the form was submitted.
